On behalf of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, I wish to express my warm felicitations to all residents of the Federal Capital Territory especially the Christian faithful on the joyous celebration of Christmas.
There was a massive joint operation yesterday, the 9th of December 2022 led by the Civil Defence to recover stolen manhole covers at Dei-Dei Panteka. “We recovered 2 trucks of covers and other materials are with Civil Defence.”
Minister of the FCT, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello, who flagged off the rehabilitation project on Tuesday, 8th November, in a brief ceremony at the Secretariat complex described the exercise as a milestone in the efforts by the FCTA to rehabilitate public buildings and infrastructure in the FCT.
At the flag-off ceremony held at the FCT Sports complex, Garki, FCT Minister of State, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, said that the exercise was part of strategy adopted by the federal government to cushion the effect of growing global economic recession which has adversely affected the capacities of average Nigerians to put food on their tables.

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam Muhammad Musa Bello made this known after the FEC meeting held on Wednesday, 24th August 2022, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Information and Culture Minister Alh. Lai Muhammed who led the delegation of Indian investors to the FCTA called on the investors to look at the possibility of establishing a Film city within the Cultural Center.
Speaking in Yola during the presentation of the food items which consist of 3600 fifty Kilogramme bags of maize, 1850 fifty kilogramme bags of sorghum, 1200 fifty kilogramme bags of millet and 1200 fifty kilogramme bags of garri, Malam Bello delivered the best wishes of President Muhammadu Buhari to the people of Adamawa State.
Malam Bello gave this charge when he received a delegation of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), led by its National President, Malam Mukhtar Sirajo on a courtesy visit to the FCT Administration on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
The Minister made this appeal when he received a delegation from the United Nations Foundation’s Global Immunization Learning Trip to Nigeria, on a courtesy visit to the FCTA on Tuesday, 16th August 2022.
