Social Development

The Social Development Secretariat (SDS) was established to Provide and nurture environment, protect rights, and ensure advocacy for women, children and other vulnerable groups in the territory. Oversee important social imperatives and poverty alleviation programmes for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups and communities. Promote arts, culture and sports activities within the territory, as well as such other functions as are incidental to the furtherance of these objectives.
