FCT MINISTER APPROVES YEARS 2022 AND 2023 STAFF PROMOTION EXERCISE

1. The Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, CON, has approved the Years 2022 and 2023 promotion of staff of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) on Grade Levels 07 – 15. A total number of 1,018 of Senior and Junior staff were successful following the conclusion of the exercise in April, 2024.

2. The Honourable Minister has also graciously granted approval for the immediate review of the Conditions of Service and Operations Manual for the FCDA. The Executive Secretary, FCDA – Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, FNSE disclosed this, affirming that the approval was conveyed by the Chairman, FCT Civil Service Commission – Engr. Emeka Ezeh, FNSE.

3. Accordingly, the Authority is in the process of setting up the necessary machinery towards the realization of the objectives for the review.4. The Management and Staff of the FCDA expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation to the Honourable Minister for the approvals, as this will go a long way to boost the morale of staff and improve their productivity which is in line with the “Renewed Hope Agenda” of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration.
