Malam Bello gave the assurance when he received the management team of the NSCDC led by its Commandant General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi who was making his first visit to the FCTA since his appointment to the position.
Malam Bello who was speaking at a sensitization workshop organized by the Anti-corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU) of the FCTA, said that the feat was achieved through the hard work of all staff of the Administration.
The Minister gave the commendation when he received members of the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON) led by the President, Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS), Surveyor David Kayode Oluwamotemi on a courtesy visit to the FCTA, on Tuesday, 31st August 2021.
The Minister gave this assurance during a tour of the District on Monday, 30th of August 2021.
This call was made by the FCT Minister of State, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu who briefed the press following the monthly FCT Security Committee meeting chaired by the FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello on Thursday, 26th of August, 2021.
While receiving members of the University’s Board of Trustees led by its Chairman, former Vice President, Arc. Namadi Sambo, on a courtesy visit, FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello thanked the management of the University for the offer which he said will provide an additional window for staff to upgrade their knowledge and qualifications.
The Minister who gave the commendation when he received the UN Resident/Humanitarian Coordinator to Nigeria, Ambassador Edward Kallon and his team on a courtesy visit to the FCTA, attributed the successes achieved in the FCT in the fight against the virus, to partnerships and cooperation from the UN and other development partners.
The minister who made this assertion at the presentation of staff of office to the Etsu of Wako chiefdom in Kwali area council of the territory, also noted that traditional rulers in both pre-colonial and post-colonial era have contributed immensely to the formation, extension, greatness and promotion of good relationship among different kingdoms and empires across Nigeria.
Speaking during the flag-off ceremony, FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello said that the Kagini train station is one of twelve light rail stations provided under the Abuja Rail Mass Transport system and is designed to service the Kagini, Saburi, Jahi and Kaba Districts of the Federal Capital City.
The Minister who gave the commendation at the 2021 annual FCT Nurses Week/Scientific workshop held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, said the sacrifice of the nurses, for which some of them paid the ultimate price, ensured that the pandemic did not overwhelm the Territory.
