FCT POLICE REASSURES RESIDENTS OF SAFETY

The FCT Police Command wishes to reassure residents of adequate protection of lives and property in the Federal Capital Territory.

  1. Therefore, the Commissioner of Police CP. Bala Ciroma has deployed overt and covert strategies to curb banditry and criminal activities particularly on the borders of the territory.
  2. In addition, the Commissioner of Police has launched an advance collaborative approach to address the security concerns.
  3. On this note, we wish to reaffirm our undeterred resolve towards the protection of lives and property within the Federal Capital Territory.

FCT WATER BOARD PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE:

FCT Water Board wish to inform the general public that its team of engineers will carry out urgent maintenance of its main trunk line that conveys water to Kubwa, Airport, Gwagwalada and their envrons. The maintenance work is scheduled to take place from the early hours of Saturday morning the 10th of April and completed on Monday morning the 12th of April, 2021.


Consequently, there will be disruption of water supply to the residents of Kubwa Airport, Gwagwalada and environs from the evening of Friday 9th April, 2021.


In view if this development, the general public especially our esteemed customers, are advised to store and manage water ahead of the maintenance work to avoid any inconvenience.

The FCT Water Board wish to assure the general public that normal Water Supply will be restored on Monday evening the 11th of April, 2021.


The Board regrets any inconveniences that might be experienced within the period.
