Dear Residents of the Federal Capital Territory,
As we bid farewell to the holy month of Ramadan, on behalf of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, I extend my warmest greetings to you on the occasion of Eid el-Fitr.

The FCT Minister expressed his appreciation in Abuja on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, when he carried out a routine inspection of ongoing projects in the FCT.
2024 FCT BUDGET WILL REVOLUTIONIZE INFRASTRUCTURE PROVISION

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has said that the FCT’s N1.28 trillion 2024 statutory budget will revolutionize infrastructure provision in the nation’s capital.
The FCT Minister stated this when he inspected the ongoing 7.3 kilometer Gaba-Tokulo road in Bwari Area Council, as well as the 5km temporary access road from the Outer Northern Expressway (ONEX) to the old Keffi road in AMAC, also known as Saburi road.
The FCT Minister made this known when he received the Indian High Commissioner to Nigeria, Shri G. Balasubramanian, who paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Abuja on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
FCT MINISTER APPOINTS HON. CHIDI AMADI AS CHIEF OF STAFF
To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Administration of the Federal Capital Territory, the FCT Minister, Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has appointed Hon. Chidi Amadi as his Chief of Staff.

…REITERATES FCTA’S COMMITMENT TO YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
FCT Minister, Barr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has reiterated the commitment of the FCT Administration to partner with genuine investors for youth development in the nation’s capital.
1. His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) has approved the appointment of the Chairman and Commissioners of the FCT Civil Service Commission.
2. They are:
I. Engr. Emeka Ezeh – Chairman
II. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed – North West
III. Chief Anthony Okeah – South-South
IV. Mohammed Magaji Ibrahim – North East
V. Miskoom Alexander Naantuam – North Central
VI. Hon. Jide Jimoh – South West
VII. Barrister Martin Azubike – South East
3. Similarly, Mr. President also approved the following to fill existing vacancies in some critical agencies of the FCTA. They are:
i. Abdulkadir Zulkarfi – Coordinator Satellite Town Development Department;
ii. Chief Felix Obuah – Coordinator Abuja Metropolitan Management Council; and
iii. Oladiran Olufemi Akindele – Coordinator, Abuja Infrastructure Investment Council (AIIC).
4. Also, to strengthen the bureaucratic structure of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, Mr. President equally approved the appointment of the Head of the Civil Service and Permanent Secretaries in the FCT Civil Service.
5. Mr. Atang Udo Samuel is appointed as the Head of the Civil Service and the following as Permanent Secretaries:
I. Dr Adam Babagana – North East
II. Wanki Adamu Ibrahim – North East
III. Asmau Mukhtar – North West
IV. Dogo Aliyu Wadata Bodinga – North West
V. Olusa Olusegun – South West
VI. Adetoyi Rabiu Kolawole – South West
VII. Grace Adayilo – North Central
VIII. Olubunmi Olowookere – North Central
IX. Ibe Prospect Chukwuemeka – South East
X. Okonkwo Florence Nonubari – South South
6. The appointments take immediate effect.
7. The appointees would be sworn in on Monday 18th March, 2024.
