Making the call in Abuja on Monday, October 9, 2023, while receiving the European Union Ambassador to Nigeria, Ms. Samuela Isopi, Barrister Wike declared that the FCT is open for cooperation and investments in these areas in order to address the economic challenges of the Territory.
